1.1 General Description

6sxi is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

1.2 Right to Make Changes

6sxi reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Your continued use of the service means you agree to the updated Terms.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered final and binding.

2.1 Age Requirement

6sxi services are available only to individuals aged 21 or over. If you are under 21, you must stop using the platform immediately. You must confirm your correct age at the time of registration.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended or cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of balance. If your details change, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳100. The bonus cannot be claimed more than once and only one welcome bonus applies per person, household or IP address.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means withdrawals can only be made after betting ten times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be completed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If there is evidence of abuse of the bonus system, bonus hunting or violation of bonus terms:

• The bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited
• The account may be suspended or permanently cancelled
• No bonuses will be offered in the future

4.4 VIP Program

The 6sxi VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver and up to 1.2% at Gold. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's overall activity and participation on the platform.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

6sxi guarantees fair and transparent play in all games. All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If any player attempts to unfairly influence the outcome of a game, their account will be cancelled immediately.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud or deception
• Use of software bots or automated tools
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system for an advantage
• Transfer or sale of accounts
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Collusion or conspiracy with other players

5.3 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum betting limits apply for each game or event. These limits are displayed in the game interface. 6sxi reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.1 Ownership

All content on the 6sxi platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and all proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of 6sxi. No content may be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6.2 User License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license will be cancelled immediately upon violation of the platform's rules.

7.1 Data Collection

7.2 Sharing Information with Third Parties

Your personal information will not be sold or shared with any third party except where required by law. Information necessary for payment processing may be shared with the relevant payment provider.

7.3 SSL Encryption and Security

6sxi protects all data and transactions with SSL encryption technology. Our security systems are monitored around the clock. Even so, you also bear responsibility for ensuring the security of your own device and connection when it comes to internet safety.

8.1 Closure by 6sxi

6sxi may suspend or cancel an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Operating multiple accounts
• Violation of the age requirement

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. If all bonus terms have not been met before the account is closed, the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any legitimate real-money balance will be cleared.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9.1 Service Availability

6sxi does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues or third-party factors. In such situations, 6sxi bears no liability for compensation.

9.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or inconsistency occurs in any game, 6sxi reserves the right to void the relevant bet or winnings. In such cases, the deposited amount will be refunded.

9.3 Gaming Losses

Gaming is an entertainment activity and carries a risk of financial loss. 6sxi is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from your gaming activity. You are participating in gaming activity voluntarily and at your own risk.

10.2 Finality of Decisions

6sxi's decisions regarding disputes will be considered final. All relevant information, game logs and transaction records will be reviewed when making a decision.

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable legal framework. If any provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 6sxi and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this agreement.

11.3 No Waiver of Rights

If 6sxi does not enforce a particular term in a specific situation, this will not be considered a waiver of the right to enforce that term in the future.
